We follow a process of controlled exposure to work of increasing complexity with mentoring by experienced lawyers to those on the development path.

Our plan is for controlled growth, always maintaining a size conducive to a personal and highly successful legal practice. Our structure allows flexibility in work practices and our complement of staff includes full time, part time and job share arrangements.
